Factory reset a Poly VVX phone

Wipe settings on a VVX phone.

Poly device

A reset removes all settings. Have your SIP or provisioning details ready.

Steps

  1. Press Home, then go to Settings → Advanced.
  2. Enter the admin password (default 456).
  3. Go to Administration Settings → Reset to Defaults.
  4. Choose Reset to Factory and confirm.
  5. Wait for the phone to restart.
