Update Poly firmware

Upgrade software using the web page.

Poly device

The phone needs internet access, or a firmware file on a server you control.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page as Admin.
  2. Go to Utilities → Software Upgrade.
  3. Check for available versions, or enter your own server address.
  4. Select the version and click Install.The phone restarts.
