Can't open the Poly web page

Get into the phone's settings from a browser.

Poly device

The web page can be turned off on the phone.

Steps

  1. Check the IP address under Settings → Status → Network.
  2. Use https:// in front of the IP.
  3. On the phone, check the web server is enabled in Advanced → Administration Settings.
  4. Make sure your computer is on the same network.
