Poly phone says Network link down

Fix a phone that can't see the network.

The phone isn't getting a network connection.

Steps

1. Check the cable is in the LAN port of the phone.
2. Try another cable and wall port.
3. Check the phone gets power and the switch port is turned on.
4. Ask your network administrator whether the port needs a VLAN.
