Poly phone stuck updating

Fix a phone that seems frozen during an update.

Updates can take a while, so be patient first.

Steps

1. Wait at least 15 minutes and don't unplug it.
2. If nothing changes, restart the phone.
3. Check the provisioning server isn't offering a broken update.
4. Factory reset if it still won't start.
