Register a Fanvil phone to a SIP account

Add your provider's SIP details through the web page.

Use this when your provider gives you a username, password and server.

Steps

  1. On the phone, go to Menu → Status to find its IP address.
  2. Type the IP into a browser and log in.The default is admin / admin.
  3. Go to Line → SIP and choose SIP1.
  4. Enter the Server Address, Server Port (usually 5060), Authentication User, Authentication Password, SIP User and Display Name.
  5. Tick Activate and click Apply.
  6. Check the line shows as registered on the phone's screen.
