Can't find the Fanvil phone's IP address

Get into the web page when you don't know the address.

The phone needs a network connection to get an address.

Steps

  1. Press Menu → Status on the phone.
  2. If no IP shows, check the network cable and that your router hands out addresses (DHCP).
  3. You can also find the phone in your router's list of connected devices by its MAC address.
