No audio on a Fanvil phone

Calls connect but there's no sound.

Check the phone first, then the network.

Steps

  1. Try the handset, speaker and headset to see if any of them work.
  2. Check the handset cord is plugged in firmly.
  3. If no option has sound, turn off SIP ALG on your router and see “Fix one-way or no audio”.
