Get the phone powered on.

Most Yealink phones are powered through the network cable.

Steps

  1. Check the cable is in the Internet port, not the PC port.
  2. Try another network port.
  3. Use the power adapter if your switch doesn't supply power.
  4. Try another phone on the same cable.
