Check voicemail on a Grandstream UCM

Listen to your messages.

Grandstream UCM device

You can dial in or use the user portal or Wave app.

Steps

  1. Press your phone's Message key, or dial your system's voicemail code.
  2. Enter your PIN and follow the prompts.
  3. Or play messages in the Wave app or user portal.
Tip: Your administrator can tell you the feature codes set on your UCM.
