Transfer a call on a UCM system
Pass a caller on from your phone or Wave.
Use your phone's Transfer key, or Wave's transfer button.
Steps
- During the call, press Transfer.
- Choose attended to speak first, or blind to send it straight through.
- Dial the extension.
- For attended, announce the caller and complete the transfer.
