Use the UCM user portal

Manage your voicemail, forwarding and settings.

Each user can log in to manage their own extension.

Steps

Open the UCM address in a browser and log in with your extension and user portal password.
Check voicemail and call history.
Set call forwarding and Do Not Disturb.
Change your voicemail PIN if needed.
