Phone keeps restarting
Your desk phone turns itself off and on.
Most often it's power or a firmware update.
Steps
- Check if a firmware update is running (the screen may say Updating).Leave it alone until it finishes.
- If the phone uses PoE, try another network port or a power adapter.A weak PoE switch is a common cause.
- Swap the network cable.
- If it keeps happening, factory reset the phone or ask your provider to check it.
