Headset not working
Get sound working through your headset again.
Most headset problems are a setting or a loose connection.
Steps
- Check the headset is firmly plugged into the headset port, not the handset port.
- Press the phone's Headset key so it lights up.
- For wireless headsets, check the battery and that the base is powered.
- On a computer, check the headset is selected as the speaker and microphone in your calling app.
