Can't hear the caller

Start with the simple things.

Steps

1. Turn up the volume during a call.
2. Check the handset cord is plugged in at both ends.
3. Try speakerphone.If that works, the handset or cord is faulty.
4. If nobody can be heard on any call, see “Fix one-way or no audio”.
