Phone says not registered or no service

The phone can't reach the phone system.

Steps

1. Check the network cable is plugged in properly.
2. Restart the phone by unplugging it for 10 seconds.
3. Check whether colleagues' phones work.If all are down, it's probably the internet or the phone system.
4. If it's only your phone, tell your administrator.
