Grandstream phone stuck starting up

Fix a phone that never reaches the home screen.

Usually a network, provisioning or firmware issue.

Steps

  1. Check the network cable and power.
  2. Wait a few minutes in case it's updating.
  3. Unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in.
  4. If it still won't start, factory reset it and set it up again.
