Grandstream phone won't stay on Wi-Fi

Steps

  1. Check the Wi-Fi signal icon and move the phone or access point if it's weak.
  2. Forget the network and reconnect with the correct password.
  3. Try the other band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) if your network offers both.
  4. Update the phone's firmware.
