Add a second line to a Cisco MPP phone

Register another extension on a spare line key.

MPP phones support several extensions.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page with Admin Login → Advanced.
  2. Go to Voice → Ext 2.
  3. Enter the proxy, display name, user ID and password.
  4. Under Voice → Phone, assign line key 2 to extension 2.
  5. Click Submit All Changes.
