Factory reset a Cisco MPP phone

Wipe a multiplatform phone back to defaults.

Cisco device

A reset removes all settings. Have your setup details ready.

Steps

  1. Press the Applications (settings) button.
  2. Go to Device administration → Factory reset.
  3. Confirm the reset.
  4. Wait for the phone to restart.
