Back up a Cisco phone's settings
Save the configuration to a file.
Most MPP firmware can show its full configuration as XML.
Steps
- In a browser, go to
http://PHONE-IP/admin/cfg.xml. - Log in if asked.
- Save the page as a file to keep as a backup.
