Outside calls won't connect

Usually it's the way the number was dialled.

Steps

1. Dial the full number including the area code.
2. If your system needs a prefix for outside lines, such as 0 or 9, add it.
3. Try another number to see if it's just one destination.
4. Tell your administrator if no outside calls work.
