Park a call in Teams

Let a colleague pick up the call on any device.

Call park must be turned on by your administrator.

Steps

During the call, select More actions, then Park call.
Teams shows a code.Share it with your colleague.
Your colleague goes to Calls, selects Unpark a call and enters the code.
