Record your Teams voicemail greeting

Set what callers hear when you don't answer.

Teams uses a standard greeting until you record your own.

Steps

1. Select Settings and more, then Settings → Calls.
2. Under voicemail, select Configure voicemail.
3. Select Record a greeting and follow the prompts.
