Snom BLF keys not lighting

Busy lamp keys don't show colleagues' status.

Check the key, then the phone system.

Steps

  1. In the web page, check the function key is set to BLF with the right extension and identity.
  2. Check your phone system allows BLF for your extension.
  3. Restart the phone and test again.
