Set up your voicemail

Record your name and greeting, and change your PIN.

Do this once when you get a new extension.

Steps

1. From your phone, dial *97.
2. Enter your voicemail password.Your administrator can tell you the starting one.
3. Press 0 for mailbox options.
4. Follow the prompts to record your unavailable greeting, busy greeting and name.
5. Choose the option to change your password and pick a new one.
