Use the User Control Panel

Manage voicemail, forwarding and call history in a browser.

The User Control Panel (UCP) lets you manage your own settings without calling IT.

Steps

  1. Ask your administrator for the UCP address and your login.
  2. Open the address in a browser and log in.
  3. Use the widgets to play voicemail, see call history and change call forwarding.
  4. Changes take effect straight away.
