Can't open the Cisco web page

Get into the phone's settings from a browser.

The web page may be turned off.

Steps

  1. Check the IP under Settings → Status → Network status.
  2. Make sure your computer is on the same network.
  3. Check web access is enabled in the phone's device administration settings.
  4. Try another browser.
