Transfer a call on a Grandstream phone

Some models ask whether you want a blind or attended transfer.

Steps

1. During the call, press Transfer.
2. If asked, choose Attended to speak first or Blind to send it straight through.
3. Dial the extension or number.
4. For attended, wait for an answer, announce the caller, then press Transfer again.
