Forward calls on a Grandstream phone

Send calls to another number.

You can forward always, when busy or on no answer.

Steps

  1. Press Menu and open Call Features.
  2. Select Call Forward and choose the account.
  3. Choose the type and enter the number.
  4. Save.An icon shows while forwarding is on.
