Transfer a call on a Cisco phone

Hand a call to someone else.

You can speak to the other person before you complete the transfer.

Steps

During the call, press Transfer.
Illustration. Your screen may look slightly different.
Dial the extension or number.
Wait for an answer and announce the caller, or skip straight on.
Press Transfer again to connect them.
