Transfer a call in Linkus

Hand a caller to a colleague from the app.

Linkus offers attended and blind transfers.

Steps

  1. During the call, tap Transfer.
  2. Choose Attended Transfer to speak first, or Blind Transfer to send it straight through.
  3. Pick the colleague or dial their number.
  4. For an attended transfer, announce the caller, then tap Transfer to complete it.
