Transfer a call on a Poly phone

Poly phones announce transfers by default, so you can speak to the person first.

Steps

1. During the call, press Transfer.The caller is put on hold.
2. Dial the extension or number.
3. When they answer, let them know who's calling.
4. Press Transfer again to connect them.To skip announcing, press Transfer as soon as it rings.
